French vanilla yogurt and berries tarts
- 1 cup homemade yogurt made with Lactancia® French Vanilla Flavoured Milk*
- 4 tart shells
- Cook the tart shells in a preheated oven at the right temperature.
- During that time, rince the berries and cut the strawberries in half.
- After the cooking time, pour the yogurt in the tart shells and put the berries on top.
NOTE: * To obtain thicker yogurt we suggest you to add a gelatin pouch to the milk before heating it. You can also add 1/2 cup of milk powder per litre of milk before the incubation period.
