  1. Cook the tart shells in a preheated oven at the right temperature.
  2. During that time, rince the berries and cut the strawberries in half.
  3. After the cooking time, pour the yogurt in the tart shells and put the berries on top.
  4. Enjoy!
NOTE: * To obtain thicker yogurt we suggest you to add a gelatin pouch to the milk before heating it. You can also add 1/2 cup of milk powder per litre of milk before the incubation period.
