Cereals, yogurt and fruits
- 200 g oatmeal (oat flakes)
- 200 g sunflower seeds
- 200 g wheat flakes
- 100 g pumpkin seeds
- 150 g organic sugar or maple sugar
- 150 g dried raisins
- 150 g sugar-free dried cranberries
- 100 g slendered almonds
- 100 g grounded flax seeds (optional)
- Fruits of your choice
- Homemade yogurt
- Combine the oatmeal with the 8 following ingredients and set aside.
- In a glass, pour layers of yogurt, cereals and sliced fruits up to the rim, decorate with fruits and serve.
