Ingredients

  • 200 g oatmeal (oat flakes)
  • 200 g sunflower seeds
  • 200 g wheat flakes
  • 100 g pumpkin seeds
  • 150 g organic sugar or maple sugar
  • 150 g dried raisins
  • 150 g sugar-free dried cranberries
  • 100 g slendered almonds
  • 100 g grounded flax seeds (optional)
  • Fruits of your choice
  • Homemade yogurt

Directions

  1. Combine the oatmeal with the 8 following ingredients and set aside.
  2. In a glass, pour layers of yogurt, cereals and sliced fruits up to the rim, decorate with fruits and serve.
