Salmon yogurt cheese spread
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) canned salmon
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) strained homemade yogurt
- 2.5 ml (1/2 teaspoon) lemon juice
- 2 drops Tabasco sauce
- 15 ml (1 tablespoon) chopped onion
- Salt to taste
Mix all ingredients together with an electric mixer. Refrigerate a few hours and serve on crackers.
