- 750 g homemade yogurt
- 150 g pineapple
- 1 or 2 bananas
- 1 mango
- 100 g maple sugar or wildflowers honey
- 1 lime juice (optional)
- 6 ice cubes
- Put the fruits, yogurt, sugar or honey, lime juice and ice cubes int the blender and mix well.
- Decorate with a fruit slice and some maple sprinkles.
NOTE: Other compatible fruits: papayas, raisins, peaches, apricots. For omega 3, add 1 table spoon of flax seeds in the blender before the yogurt and fruits.
