Ingredients:
– 500 ml plain kefir
– 200g rolled oats
– 40g nuts (pecans, almonds, hazelnuts, etc.)
– 40g dried fruit (apricots, raisins, etc.)
– 2 tablespoons honey (optional)
– 1 teaspoon cinnamon
– 1 pinch of ginger powder
Preparation:
1- Mix the rolled oats, chopped nuts, dried fruit, honey and spices.

Ingredients:
– 400 g plain yoghurt
– 200 g red berries

– 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
Preparation:
1- Divide the red berries between the verrines.
2- Add a layer of yoghurt lightly sweetened with vanilla sugar
3- Sprinkle with crushed shortbread cookies for a crunchy effect.

3-Soft spice bread with kefir
Ingredients:
– 250 ml kefir
– 200g wholemeal flour
– 100g honey
– 1 sachet baking powder
– 1 teaspoon cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg
Preparation:
1- Mix flour, baking powder and spices.
2- Add honey, sugar and kefir. Mix until smooth.
3- Pour into a baking tin and bake at 160°C for 40 minutes.
4- Wrap in kraft paper with red string for a delicious, festive gift.
4-Savory verrines: yogurt, cucumber and smoked salmon
Ingredients for 4 verrines:
– 300 g plain yogurt or Greek yogurt
– 1 cucumber
– 100 g smoked salmon
– 1 tablespoon chopped dill
– 1 tablespoon lemon juice
– salt and pepper
Preparation:
1- Grate the cucumber and squeeze out excess water. Mix with the yoghurt, lemon juice, dill, salt and pepper.
2- Cut the smoked salmon into thin strips.
3- Alternate a layer of cucumber yogurt and a layer of smoked salmon in each verrine.
4- Decorate with a sprig of dill on top. Serve chilled.
