Refreshing in both summer and winter, strawberries stimulate our natural defenses. Childrens just love them.
Ingredients
- 6 strawberries
- 1 tbsp. frozen concentrated lemonade
- 60 g homemade yogurt
- A few drops of vanilla
- Honey, sugar or substitute, to taste
- Crushed ice
Directions
- Put lemonade, strawberries, honey (or sugar), vanilla and yogurt in the mixer. Mix at slow speed for approximately 30 seconds.
- Increase speed gradually until smooth for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Add the crushed ice and mix for 5 more seconds.
