Healthy Smoothie Recipe!

You have some fruits and Yogourmet┬« yogurt left in your fridge? ­čĹë­čĆ╝ Try our smoothie recipe!

You will only need 5 minutes to prepare this 2 portions smoothie!

 

Ingredients you need:

  • 750 g of homemade Yogourmet┬« yogurt
  • 150 g of pineapple
  • 1 or 2 bananas
  • 1 mango
  • 100 g of maple sugar or wildflowers honey
  • 1 lime juice (optional)
  • 6 ice cubes

Directions to make this yummy smoothie:

  • Put the fruits, yogurt, sugar or honey, lime juice, and ice cubes in the blender and mix well.
  • Decorate with a fruit slice and some maple sprinkles.

NOTE: Other compatible fruits: papayas, raisins, peaches, apricots. For omega 3, add 1 tablespoon of flax seeds to the blender before the yogurt and fruits.
