Is it possible to make homemade Yogourmet® yogurt with soy beverages? Yes, it is

We have prepared for you a list of soy beverages (milk)/particular milk that we have personally tested (https://yogourmet.com/.../02/SOY_BEVERAGES_CANADA-LSC.pdf) You can of course test other soy beverages but you might need to slightly adjust the process to obtain the best results.
What you need :
- A saucepan
- A yogurt maker
- A thermometer
- 3g of original Yogourmet® yogurt starter
Directions
1 ) Pour 1 liter of soy beverage into a saucepan.
Heat up to 42-44°C/108-112°F.
NOTE: For optimal temperature reading, 3/4 of the thermometer must be immersed in the liquid.
2
Pour the mixture into the container of your yogurt maker.
3
In a bowl, dissolve 3 g of Yogourmet® starter in a small quantity of soy beverage and mix well.
4
Pour the mixture into the container of your yogurt maker.
Mix well to ensure that the yogurt starter and the soy beverage are evenly blended.
5
To prepare 1 liter of yogurt pour about 250 ml lukewarm water into your yogurt maker.
6
Cover the container and yogurt maker with its lid.
7
Incubate for 4-5 hours or until desired consistency is reached.
To stop the incubation process, take the container out of your yogurt maker and place it into the refrigerator for about 8 hours.

Always smooth and creamy, it is a pure delight. Enjoy!
