Healthy smoothie


  • 750 g homemade yogurt
  • 150 g pineapple
  • 1 or 2 bananas
  • 1 mango
  • 100 g maple sugar or wildflowers honey
  • 1 lime juice (optional)
  • 6 ice cubes


  1.  Put the fruits, yogurt, sugar or honey, lime juice and ice cubes int the blender and mix well.
  2.  Decorate with a fruit slice and some maple sprinkles.
NOTE: Other compatible fruits: papayas, raisins, peaches, apricots. For omega 3, add 1 table spoon of flax seeds in the blender before the yogurt and fruits.
