French vanilla yogurt and berries tarts



  • 1) Cook the tart shells in a preheated oven at the right temperature.
  • 2) During that time, rince the berries and cut the strawberries in half.
  • 3) After the cooking time, pour the yogurt in the tart shells and put the berries on top.
  • 4) Enjoy!

NOTE: * To obtain thicker yogurt we suggest you to add a gelatin pouch to the milk before heating it. You can also add 1/2 cup of milk powder per litre of milk before the incubation period.
